Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid USPS shipping label, which will be sent to your email for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box and affix the pre-paid return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized USPS drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
